Senior Lead Marketing ConsultantWells Fargo is seeking an experienced Senior Lead Marketing Consultant to join the Merchant Services Commercial and Corporate Product Marketing Team. This individual contributor will play a pivotal role in creating impactful B2B marketing campaigns and materials to attract, engage, and retain commercial and corporate merchant services customers. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in developing and implementing integrated go-to-market strategies in the financial services and/or payments industry as well as developing B2B product marketing positioning and messaging for commercial and corporate enterprises. In collaboration with Product, Sales Enablement, and Technology, this role will partner with Sales and Commercial Banking colleagues to create marketing programs that amplify the Merchant Services customer value proposition and develop and deliver compelling product marketing assets across the customer lifecycle.In this role, you will:Design and deliver integrated go-to-market strategies for the Merchant Services Commercial/Corporate Banking customer segmentCreate Merchant Services CB/CIB marketing collateral across customer touchpoints (i.e. print, digital, video) and collaborate with partners to leverage enterprise capabilities to develop new channels for Merchant ServicesDevelop and implement marketing strategies to help deepen existing Merchant Services customer relationshipsLead work across functional teams and creative agencies, as necessary, to achieve marketing objectives deliverablesUnderstand the competitive landscape and leverage qualitative and quantitative data to translate insights into strategic directionEnsure adherence to legal, compliance, and privacy regulations and policies related to marketingRequired Qualifications:7+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Deep experience in developing integrated omnichannel go-to-market plans for complex technical products including campaign development and analysis, as well as writing, designing, delivering, and continually refining product positioning and messaging in alignment with the segment-focused customer value propositionStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive business relationships, mobilize resources and cross-functional teams, and influence peers, partners, and senior leaders to gain buy-in for new ideas or initiativesOutstanding verbal and written communication skills, including well-honed presentation skills and the ability to craft clearly written and effectively positioned content that makes complex technical subjects easy to comprehendExperience with strong expertise in product strategy and a solid understanding of the product management lifecycle and market landscape, along with experience supporting and enabling sales teamsImpeccable attention to detail with extensive experience in formatting, reviewing, and proofreading materials for content accuracy, effectiveness, regulatory requirements, alignment with overall messaging strategies, and adherence to brand standardsHighly organized with strong project management skills and a proven ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments; takes personal responsibility for producing deliverables under tight deadlines; works well under pressure in a rapidly changing environment while maintaining the highest quality standardsKeen eye for design and experience managing the creative development process including defining and refining project scope, developing and delivering creative briefs, and synthesizing and providing creative feedbackProblem solver with demonstrated experience in analyzing complex issues, conducting competitive analyses, leveraging market research data, proactively researching solutions, suggesting process improvements, and refining messagingStrong risk mindset with proven ability to develop compelling marketing messages and deliverables while complying with complex regulatory requirementsAdvanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skillsExperience crafting enterprise B2B product marketing strategies within the financial services, payments, or technology sectorsJob Expectations:This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.This position offers a hybrid work schedule.Relocation assistance is not available for this position.Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening.Select locations are considered for current WF employees Minnesota + 90 S 7th St MINNEAPOLIS, MN 55402 United States of AmericaPay Range: $139,000.00 - $239,000.00Benefits: Wells Fargo provides eligible employees with a comprehensive set of benefits, including health benefits, 401(k) Plan, paid time off, disability benefits, life insurance, critical illness insurance, and accident insurance, parental leave, critical caregiving leave, discounts and savings, commuter benefits, tuition reimbursement, scholarships for dependent children, and adoption reimbursement.Wells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
