We collaborate as a team and celebrate each other's successes.Here's to crafting careers and creating new legacies.What You'll Be BrewingIn the role of RMMC Warehouse Temporary Worker working in Golden, CO you will perform all functions in receiving, storing, and shipping of raw materials, finished goods and scrap.Be a team player with good communication skills.Demonstrate flexibility and ability to prioritize multiple workload requirements that occur in a shift.Work as a member of Warehouse team to perform all required duties in a collaborative environment to deliver quality cans to the seven brewery customers.Utilize a forklift and warehouse management system to transport cans from production, in and out of storage locations, and onto outbound shipments.Perform all functions involved in the receiving, storing, and shipping of raw materials and scrap.Support meeting or exceeding business objectives for department and plant scorecards, Manufacturing Way, and other MolsonCoors and RMMC initiatives.Model MolsonCoors values and behavior expectations.Read, understand and adhere to all departmental guidelines and procedures.Key IngredientsMust be 21 years old by the start date.One-year previous experience as forklift operator in a large production operation with a solid understanding of warehouse operations.Computer skills: Experience using Microsoft Outlook for email, Excel, and Word.Ability to learn our warehouse system and other RMMC systems.Beverage BonusesWe care about our People and Planet and have challenged ourselves with stretch goals around our key priorities.We care about our communities, and play our part to make a difference from charitable donations to hitting the streets together to build parks, giving back to the community is part of our culture and who we are.Engagement with a variety of Business Resource Groups, which can provide volunteer opportunities, leadership experience, and networking through the organization.Ability to grow and develop your career centered around our First Choice Learning opportunities.On site Pub, access to cool brand clothing and swag, top events and, of course... free beer and beveragesWork within a fast paced and innovative company, meeting passionate colleagues and partners with diverse backgrounds and experiences.Applications will be accepted on an on-going basis.Job Posting Hourly Rate: $24.00
