Join us to enjoy benefits like paid time off, health and dental insurance, and a supportive team that fosters your professional growthKey Responsibilities:Recruit, develop, and manage a motivated team according to company policiesEfficiently schedule managers and crew based on labor guidelinesMaintain high standards of employee appearance and conductEnsure the store's physical facility and equipment are in top conditionManage food and supplies requirements, including inventory controlHandle cash, reconciliation, and deposit proceduresParticipate in local store marketing and community engagementEnsure a safe and secure environment for customers and employeesPrerequisites:Completed training and certification for all restaurant positionsSuccessful completion of Management Training ProgramField Exam passed with a score of 90% or betterServe Safe certificationPerformance Standards:Labor Usage: Plus or minus 10 hrs./weeklyShow Bo Evaluation: Minimum Score of 90Drive Thru Window Times: Less than 55 secondsFood Variance: 1.5% of sales, or betterTurnover Rates: Less than 150%Kitchen & Dining Supplies: 0.8% of Sales or BetterPhysical Requirements:Occasional lifting of up to 40 poundsExtended periods of time spent walking and/or standingIf you are enthusiastic about leading a successful team, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
