As part of our continued growth we are seeking ambitious individuals for our Management Trainee program to fasttrack their careers within our company.

The Management Trainee role is designed to provide you with the skills and experience needed to excel in leadership and management positions. This entrylevel program offers handson training in various aspects of our business including marketing sales team management and client relations. You will work closely with our experienced team members and receive mentorship to help you grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in an intensive training program covering marketing event management and business operations.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional events.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client visibility and event success.
  • Manage relationships with clients vendors and team members to ensure effective communication and project execution.
  • Lead small teams in executing marketing initiatives with a focus on achieving client goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide feedback to improve marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on event outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Support daytoday management operations and take on additional leadership responsibilities as needed.


RequirementsStrong leadership potential with a desire to grow into a management role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with strong problemsolving and timemanagement abilities.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Prior experience in marketing sales or customer service is beneficial but not required.
A strong work ethic and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
