What You'll Do:

You'll also develop strategies to mitigate financial risks while ensuring that all treasury operations comply with regulatory requirements. This is a key role that will allow you to make a significant impact on the financial stability and growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity for operations
• Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions
• Develop and implement cash management and investment strategies
• Monitor financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies
• Prepare detailed financial reports for senior management
• Ensure compliance with all treasury-related regulations and policies
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in treasury management or a similar financial role
• Strong understanding of cash management, investment strategies, and financial markets
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial software
