Licensed Nurse Assistant

The LNA is a vital part of the health care team which includes hospitalists, charge nurse, staff nurses, unit secretary and therapies. The successful candidate possess excellent communication skills, works well in a busy environment and is able to adapt to changing needs. Duties and responsibilities include:
- Obtaining and recording vital signs
- EKGs
- Glucometer point of care testing
- Assisting patients with activities of daily living (hygiene, feeding, ambulation)
- Obtaining outside medical records
- Clean and stock rooms with appropriate medical equipment and supplies
- Assist nurses with patient care
Qualifications:
Education: HS graduate
Licensure: VT LNA license, BLS certification
Area of Interest: LNA
FTE/Hours: .9 - 36 hrs/week
Shift: Days

- Work Status: 3, 12 hours shifts 6a-6p, every other weekend;
