This strategic role oversees staff, technology, and client service functions, ensuring efficient operations and maximizing growth potential. You will design and implement systems to streamline processes, optimize data utilization, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence:

  • Develop and implement effective processes across all departments.
  • Continuously review and improve operational procedures for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor progress towards strategic objectives.
  • Generate comprehensive reports to provide clear insights into firm performance.
  • Collaborate with management on infrastructure, processes, compliance, and personnel.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive operations manual.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, motivate, and empower a high-performing team.
  • Manage, assign, and delegate tasks, providing constructive feedback to support staff growth.
  • Develop and implement a talent acquisition and retention strategy.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Technology Management:

  • Oversee the optimization and utilization of technology platforms (CRM, portfolio management, etc.)
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all systems.
  • Serve as a technical resource for staff and manage user access.
  • Implement systems for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).

Client Service Enhancement:

  • Oversee client service delivery and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement a tiered service model to cater to client needs.
  • Manage and resolve escalated client service issues.
  • Establish a client advisory panel for ongoing feedback and improvement.

Strategic Growth:

  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities.
  • Oversee advisor onboarding and firm due diligence processes.
  • Build and manage strategic alliances to leverage existing client relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing to build brand awareness and enhance public exposure.
  • Financial Oversight (in conjunction with Finance):
  • Analyze firm expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Review budgets and provide recommendations to executive management.


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably within financial services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
  • Experience with project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications.
