Achievement of Objectives: Ensuring the punctual completion of carshell manufacturing and welding processes, adhering to established quality standards, and managing the operations within the allocated budget.

Strategic Oversight and Reporting: Orchestrating and monitoring team operations in welding and carshell production, coupled with the composition of detailed analytical reports.

Project and Production Management: Administering the entirety of carshell fabrication with a focus on optimizing the efficiency of welding procedures and achieving project milestones.

Maintenance of Organizational and Safety Standards: Upholding a high standard of cleanliness and order in the welding area to enhance operational safety and efficiency.

Health and Safety Compliance: Rigorously enforcing safety protocols in the welding domain to safeguard occupational health.

Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Actively seeking and implementing enhancements in the manufacturing and welding processes.

Development and Implementation of Training Programs: Leading the establishment and maintenance of comprehensive training initiatives, specifically focusing on welding techniques and safety practices. Team Development and Management: Recruiting suitable candidates, providing ongoing evaluative feedback, coaching, and ensuring the maintenance of essential employee records.

TRAINING/EDUCATION REQUIRED:

Project and /or line management experience

Proven Experience in managing (Senior) Stake Holders

Microsoft Excel knowledge is a must.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
