We achieve these priorities through programs, benefits, and initiatives that are integrated into the fabric of how we work every day.What You'll Do HereAs an Associate Portfolio Manager (APM) on the Key Markets Team, you will support product lifecycle management, research, and go-to-market execution across our Advanced Career Training (ACT) catalogs. This includes supporting two Sr. Product Managers in being responsible for course portfolios such as Trades, Business, Legal, and Advanced Manufacturing. This role will also contribute to critical initiatives such as Canadian market expansion and Spanish/ELL programs, but will remain grounded in core catalog ownership, course development support, and cross-functional collaboration.This role is ideal for someone who is:Proficiency in English and French and/or Spanish (spoken and written) preferredProficient in balancing multiple tasks and handling projects in a dynamic, uncertain settingEnthusiastic about learning, professional development, and growing worldwide projectsKey ResponsibilitiesProduct Management & Course Development SupportKey Markets ACT catalog, supporting new builds, revisions, and updates for compliance requirementsTake on a key support position in ed2go's Canada project and the Spanish/ELL market expansionConduct competitive and market research (including bilingual research) to advise strategy and localization needsDraft and support Product Strategy Documents (PSDs), Product Launch Documents, and other required product planning materialsPartner with Learning Designers, SMEs, and vendors to ensure course quality and relevanceRepresent PMs in meetings as needed; support with data analysis, launch logistics, pricing models, and return on investment planningMarketing and Sales CollaborationCollaborate with marketing and sales teams on product launches and enablement materialsProvide roadmap visibility and catalog insights to support academic partner conversationsCollaborate with marketing and sales teams to enable the Canadian and Spanish initiatives through roadmap visibility, sales enablement, and go-to-market assetsAssist with positioning and messaging for both existing courses and select critical initiatives(3PV) Vendor SupportAssist with third-party vendor (3PV) reviews and onboarding processes (SOWs, Capsule updates, content reviews)Support the vendor onboarding process (NDAs, content reviews, Capsule CRM updates, training documentation)Provide insights on 3PV content viability for international expansionWhat This Role is Not:The Associate Portfolio Manager (APM) role at ed2go is distinct from Technical Product Management (TPM). While our TPM team focuses on internal and customer-facing applications, user stories, UX/UI design, and the customer journey, this role is centered on managing our course catalog, making build/buy decisions, supporting GTM strategies, and driving the success of our career training programs. The APM will work closely with cross-functional teams to conduct market research, analyze course performance, and contribute to portfolio strategynot software or feature development. If you have a background primarily in Technical Product Management (TPM) or software development, you are welcome to apply. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.
