We are looking for seasoned Business Analysts to join the TIMBER team and contribute to a large managed-service project for a well-loved client in the greater Seattle area.


This program will support strategic enterprise integrations following a large merger and acquisition and will encompass a large team of Business Analysts who will be responsible for conducting a current state assessment, identifying future state outlines, documentation and requirement gathering, quality assurance, and facilitating change management and communication activities, among other tasks.


This position will require a hybrid work environment, 3 days a week onsite.


Requirements:

  • Conduct a current state assessment of the business processes and systems for assigned workstream.
  • Identify a future state outlining the objectives, scope, benefits, risks, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints for the ITS teams impacted and Business stakeholders.
  • Define and document the functional and non-functional requirements and specifications for changes identified, using appropriate tools and techniques such as interviews, workshops, surveys, use cases, user stories, wireframes, prototypes, etc.
  • Review and validate the requirements and specifications with the key stakeholders and obtain their approval and sign-off as needed.
  • Provide guidance and support to applicable product and/or development team in translating the requirements and specifications into Epics, Features, User Stories, design, code, and tests.
  • Conduct and/or facilitate quality assurance and testing activities to ensure that the new software solution meets the requirements and specifications and conforms to the quality standards and best practices.
  • Facilitate and manage the change management and communication activities as needed to ensure the smooth adoption and transition of the new software solution by the end users and stakeholders.
  • Provide post-implementation support as requested
