We pride ourselves on building a team that takes ownership and helps shape the future of food manufacturing.The RoleWere looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep our production equipment and facility running at peak performance. This is a hands-on role in a manufacturing environment that requires mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, and a proactive approach to maintenance.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine and preventive maintenance on food manufacturing equipment (grinders, pumps, conveyors, filling and sealing machines, etc.)Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issuesSupport installation and commissioning of new production equipmentMaintain and update maintenance logs, PM schedules, and spare parts inventoryAssist in developing and implementing maintenance best practicesEnsure all work complies with food safety, quality, and safety standards (SQF/GMP)Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtimeQualifications3+ years of experience in industrial or food manufacturing maintenanceStrong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systemsFamiliarity with PLCs, sensors, and control systems (preferred)Experience with food processing, packaging, or filling equipment a plusAbility to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manualsStrong communication and teamwork skillsMust be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in a production environmentWhy Join VrCompetitive pay and growth opportunities in a rapidly scaling companyWork directly with modern food manufacturing technologySupportive, fast-moving, and entrepreneurial team cultureOpportunity to make a tangible impact in an innovative, growing business
