ControllerDrive financial excellence in a world-class collegiate environment As Controller, you will oversee accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial policies, and deliver accurate reporting that empowers leadership decisions. You will partner with venue and corporate teams to streamline financial processes, safeguard assets, and support operational growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManage accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payrollPrepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsEnsure compliance with corporate, state, and federal financial regulationsOversee audits and implement internal controls to safeguard company assetsLead and mentor accounting team members to achieve departmental goalsCollaborate with venue leadership to support strategic financial planningQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCPA license preferredProficiency with financial reporting systems and Microsoft ExcelStrong knowledge of GAAP and internal control practicesMinimum 5 years of accounting or finance experience, with at least 2 in a supervisoryMust be able to work a flexible work schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidaysLevy is a member of Compass Group USA.
