Position Overview: As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and decision-making processes. You will be responsible for aggregating and analyzing financial data, preparing comprehensive reports, and presenting insights to the executive team. This position requires an Excel expert with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to create impactful presentations for quarterly board meetings.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Aggregate, analyze, and interpret financial data from multiple sources to identify trends, variances, and opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports, including Profit and Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Create executive-level presentations and decks for CEO and CFO, providing insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather relevant information and ensure alignment on financial objectives.
  • Present financial findings and recommendations to the executive team in preparation for quarterly board meetings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact financial performance.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field. CMA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the industrial manufacturing industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques.
  • Proven ability to aggregate, analyze, and interpret large datasets accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Highly analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience presenting financial insights to senior leadership or board members is a plus.
  • Previous experience with implementing an ERP system.
