We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients under the supervision of RN, NP or MD. As a LPN, you will play a crucial role in assessing patients needs, implementing care plans, and ensuring the well-being of those entrusted to your care in the infusion clinic.


About the Role:

A few Responsibilities:

  • Administer IV and injectable medications
  • Monitor patients vital signs and report any deviations from normal ranges
  • Assist with patient assessments
  • Collect samples for laboratory testing
  • Schedule appointments
  • Educate patient and their caregiver in administered medications
  • Collaborate with other HCP
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medication records using EHR
  • Adhere to all regulatory standards, P&P and SOP's


Qualifications:

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 year of experience as a LPN


Requirements

  • Valid state LPN
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
