Flight Test Engineer

About the Opportunity:
You will be at the forefront of the next generation of highly talented engineers at Honda Aircraft Company. You will be given the opportunity to apply your academic and professional achievements to the Development and Certification of Honda Aircraft. Your Key Responsibilities:
- You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will embrace constantly evolving tasks and priorities. This will include research, test planning, test conduct, data collection, and data analysis, in support of flight test programs.
- You will become a key contributor with rapidly increasing levels of responsibility.
- As a Flight Test Engineer, you will be working alongside highly skilled and experienced engineers while also demonstrating your ability to work independently. Your contributions will directly impact our team’s success and drive innovation in the field.
- With the full support of your manager, you will take personal responsibility for your continued professional growth and development.
- You will be expected to utilize novel approaches to solve complex and challenging problems.
- You will collaborate with other engineers, and with other divisions within Honda Aircraft Company. This will require strong communication skills, and a desire to learn and contribute.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, or related field of study.
- Private Pilot License preferred, or strong passion for aviation.
- 5+ years of Part 23/25 Flight Test Experience.
- Demonstrate a passion for working on diverse and challenging projects and display a positive attitude to collaborate with Team members to achieve common goals.
- Seeking an opportunity to apply the knowledge you have gained, working with other talented engineers in the design and evaluation of the next generation of Honda Aircraft.
