We offer many remote and hybrid career opportunities.How You Will Impact The OrganizationPlay a critical role in driving the success of the Japan Corporate sales in the introductory phaseManage pre-sales activities, designing innovative solutions, and ensuring seamless integration of our products to meet client needsCollaborate closely with Japan Sales, Client Services team and US Product & Engineering to strategically position our technology solutions in a competitive marketThe Value You Will DeliverUnderstand the eFax and Consensus suite of products and present them to both Business and technical prospects and customersCreate and manage technical proposals, solutions and security assessmentsDesign integrations and workflows to solve prospect and customer needsPresent and provide product demonstrations as well as conduct discussions in fax, secure message and healthcare technologies (healthcare technologies is not required at this moment)Plan and execute proof of concepts and technical validations, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the processManage both the pre sales and onboarding integrations for the products and services in a clear, well defined and logical mannerTrain external users on services as required, to ensure a successful conclusion of the proof of concept / technical validation, and to ensure prospects gain a deep level of confidence in the proposed solutionsBuild awareness of our products within relevant markets by participating in webinars and conferences, as requiredProvide feedback from external markets to Marketing and Product Management TeamsTrain new Sales people on the fundamentals of the Products and ServicesSupport sales team from a technical perspective and actively participate in sales activitiesPerform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested. Consensus reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.What You Will Bring To The TableBachelor's degree is preferredMinimum 5 years technical and/or engineering experience in similar industries selling to IT organizations of large corporationsMinimum 5 years of experience in drafting Lean Business Cases and documenting customer needs for Product implementationsMinimum 5 years of experience in pre sales and onboarding integrations for products and services5 years of technical knowledge of APIs, SMTP, TLS and debugging issues based on code snippetsUnderstanding of AWS, SaaS, Software and Security principals, messaging and workflowsA proven track record of successfully selling high tech products and services, preferably software-as-a-service, to Enterprise and Mid-Market/Corporate customersGeneral understanding of document and information security as well as data regulations and compliance requirements in Japan marketYou Will Stand Out If You Also Have8+ years technical and/or engineering experience in similar industries selling to IT organizations of large corporationsBusiness level or higher skill of English and fluent JapaneseAdditional DetailsLocation requirements: Fully remote within JapanTravel requirements: Up to 30% travelPhysical requirements: Must be able to sit for long periods, as well as, handle long periods of screen timeTechnology requirements: Reliable, high speed internetEligible for sponsorship: NoThe salary range for this role is 6,000,000 - 8,000,000 JPY annually. The total compensation package for this position is negotiable and may also include annual performance bonus, ESPP, enhanced time off packages and benefits.
