Senior Product Manager Data SharingAs a successful Senior Product Manager for Data Sharing, you will develop and deliver the product strategy for our data sharing and exchange across cloud platforms. You will work with stakeholders in IT, Security, and Engineering to design and validate sharing platforms and governance. You will gather business requirements, plan budgets, and align stakeholders against strategic initiatives. You will drive operational improvements across data providers. You will communicate roadmaps and status to stakeholders. You will guide and mentor other product managers, engineers, and architects on how to deliver products and services.Responsibilities:Develop and contribute to data sharing product strategyWork with stakeholders and consumers to design and validate product featuresCommunicate product roadmap and statusLead Agile ceremonies and set priorities for engineering teamsUnderstand and help evolve product design, architecture, technology, and featuresPossess a sound understanding of Acxiom functional and business objectivesEnsure that all capabilities delivered align with original business objectivesCollaborate with other product managers, engineers and architectsClosely partner with information security to ensure security complianceRequirements:6+ years product management experience3+ years engineering experience2+ years AWS, GCP, or Azure experience2+ years Agile experienceExperience working with Snowflake Data Sharing, Databricks Delta Sharing, or similarExperience with data sharing on cloud platformsProduction Service OwnershipExperience working with regulated dataBachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar fieldWhat will set you apart:Current AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Developer, Security certificationsExpertise with Cloud roles, controls, governance, and object storageStrong agile perspective and experience around story creation, estimation, prioritization, grooming, testing, and acceptingExperience working with large teams / managing large product platforms across teamsDelivering data-intensive productsExperience designing and delivering IaaS, PaaS, or SaaS productsExperience building products within Automation and DevOps culturesExperience with multiple Cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)Experience with distributed data stores (Hadoop, Kafka, Elasticsearch)Foundational understanding of ITIL and associated processesExperience designing, developing, testing complex software solutions to support distributed, scalable and highly available applicationsPrimary Location City/State: Homebased - Conway, ArkansasAcxiom is an equal opportunity employer, including disability and protected veteran status (EOE/Vet/Disabled) and does not discriminate in recruiting, hiring, training, promotion or other employment of associates or the awarding of subcontracts because of a person's race, color, sex, age, religion, national origin, protected veteran, military status, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, genetics or other protected status.
