Healthcare organization in Westbrook is seeking a temporary (3 month) Administrative Support candidate to assist with various projects on their busy team for 32-40hrs/wk.


This role will provide support in:

--report generation and exporting

--converting word documents to pdf

--running reports to identify patterns or gaps in service

--ordering office supplies

--other ad hoc projects, as needed


To be successful in this role you should have prior medical terminology or healthcare office experience, solid MS Word and Excel skills and be able to work onsite in Westbrook initially for training, then hybrid.


M-F, 8-4:30. 32-40hrs/wk. $20-22/hr.
