Child and Teen Medical Center (CTMC) is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to function as part of its ever-growing private practice in the North Metro of the Twin Cities to provide outpatient primary care services for children. CTMC provides care to a variety of patient populations and strives to make a difference in the community it serves.

* BLS Required

*Skills:*
* Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, developing and managing patient treatment plans
* Ability to work with children and adolescents with complex medical conditions
* Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
* Excellent teamwork ability
* Ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff and physicians
* Strong interest in overall Quality Improvement (QI)

*Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule*:
* Contract Position
* 34-36 hours/week (days, early evening)
* 1 evening/week from home patient calls (1900-0730, Mon-Fri)
* 1:7 weekend call rotation (1700-0730, Fri-Mon)

*Physical setting:*
