This leadership role requires a seasoned construction professional capable of managing large-scale, technically complex work while providing strategic guidance to project teams and maintaining exceptional client relationships.Key responsibilities include:Leading all project phases, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, contracting, and executionManaging multiple large-scale commercial and heavy civil projects simultaneouslyProviding strategic direction to project teams and mentoring Project Managers and EngineersOverseeing performance related to safety, quality, productivity, and financial outcomesEnsuring compliance with company standards, contract requirements, and regulatory obligationsBuilding and maintaining strong client, subcontractor, and partner relationshipsSupporting business development, pursuit strategies, and market growth initiativesCoordinating with field leadership to ensure seamless execution and resource planningRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred10+ years of progressive experience in heavy civil, structural concrete, or large commercial constructionProven success managing complex, multi-million-dollar projectsStrong understanding of project scheduling, cost control, and self-perform operationsDemonstrated ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and resolve project challengesProficiency with construction management software and reporting toolsWillingness to travel up to 25% as required by project locationsBenefits:Competitive base salary ($175,000-$200,000)Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysCompany vehicle/allowance or travel reimbursementProfessional development and leadership advancement opportunitiesStrong, supportive company culture grounded in safety, teamwork, and excellence
