Job Description

We are seeking an Azure Architect to join our team and lead the security and optimization of our cloud infrastructure. You will be responsible for the architecture, implementation, and maintenance of Azure Active Directory, Intune, Defender, Sentinel, and other Azure services. This role involves performing advanced log analysis, incident response, and access policy management for our mission-critical serverless applications. You will collaborate closely with the IT Manager and the Security Analyst to ensure adherence to best practices and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, configure, and manage Azure Active Directory, Intune, Defender, Sentinel, and other Azure services.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and mitigate Azure security incidents and vulnerabilities.
  • Implement and enforce Azure access policies and role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Conduct detailed log analysis and reporting using Azure tools and third-party solutions.
  • Optimize Azure network performance and reliability.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to other IT staff and end-users.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Azure cloud administration and security.
  • In-depth knowledge of Azure AD, Intune, Defender, Sentinel, and other Azure services.
  • Experience with Azure serverless applications and networking.
  • Proficiency in incident response and log analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in an unstructured environment and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Capable of working remotely with minimal supervision.
