Solo Employed ENT Position in Alabama Located in Andalusia, AL - 90 Minutes to: Pensacola, FL and Fort Walton Beach; 2 hrs 40 min. to Birmingham, ALRecruitment Package may include:- Employed position in our multi-specialty clinic- There are two independent ENTs affiliated with us, but both are nearing retirement.- Comp is in MGMA-median range and above (for an experienced candidate)- Productivity bonus quarterly based on wRVUs- $40K+ bonus (negotiable)- Student loan assistance, if needed- $5K CME/5 days annually- Robust benefits- 25 days holiday/vacation annually (not including weekends)- 10 days call monthly, but if they want more, pay for any days above 10- Very strong referral baseSeeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist for a solo employed practice in a growing community with a strong referral base. 113 bed facility that serves the heart of South Alabama, offering a wide range of diagnostic, therapeutic, emergency, and surgical services to a thriving service area of 70,000 +.
