Value Stream ManagerLocation: Franklin, WisconsinReports To: Director of OperationsJoin Our Team as a Value Stream Manager - Drive Operational Excellence in Manufacturing Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for lean manufacturing and continuous improvement? We're looking for a results-driven Value Stream Manager to oversee our copper brass/aluminum heat exchanger production line. In this pivotal role, you'll lead cross-functional teams, champion safety and efficiency, and play a key part in shaping our operational success. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are ready to make a measurable impact, we want to hear from youKey ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage the manufacturing process for the heat exchanger and copper/brass lines.Lead and participate in continuous improvement and cost reduction projects.Implement and sustain lean manufacturing initiatives.Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a culture of safety.Maintain accuracy of routings and bills of materials.Collaborate with engineering, scheduling, and customer service teams to meet production goals.Participate in daily production meetings, biweekly control room meetings, and weekly operations staff meetings.Prioritize and ensure adherence to production schedules.Qualifications Required:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.Proven supervisory experience.Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Preferred:Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing software.Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.Familiarity with ISO standards and regulations.Working ConditionsEnvironment: Manufacturing floor with potential exposure to temperature extremes, dust, fumes, and noise.PPE: Safety glasses, steel-toed boots, and hearing protection required.Physical Demands: Standing/walking for extended periods, occasional lifting (25-50 lbs), manual dexterity, and visual acuity.Schedule: Primarily day shift with occasional evening or weekend work as needed.Why Join Us?Be part of a collaborative and...
