Business Analyst IWe are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst I to join our team in Monroe, Ohio. In this role, you will analyze business systems and user needs to help align processes with strategic goals. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to grow your skills and contribute to impactful projects.Responsibilities:Conduct detailed reviews and analyses of business systems to identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document user requirements.Develop solutions that align with overall business strategies and objectives.Assist in implementing business processes and systems that enhance operational efficiency.Follow established procedures and guidelines to perform daily tasks and meet project goals.Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding project progress.Work closely with team members to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.Support the development and execution of business strategies through thorough analysis.Address challenges and provide recommendations to optimize business practices.Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices to inform decision-making.Requirements:Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.0-2 years of experience in business analysis or a related area.Familiarity with common business practices, systems, and procedures.Ability to follow instructions and established guidelines effectively.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Basic understanding of business strategies and their application.Ability to work under supervision while adhering to project timelines.
