Reports to the Director or Manager of Department.Essential FunctionsPerforms periodic cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory; adjusts inventory records as needed.Receives shipments, logs receipts, enters data into the inventory system, delivers items to departments or other facilities, and reports/documents errors or damages to management.Answers the telephone, receiving dock, and walk-up window professionally; routes calls/messages appropriately.Completes clerical/computer tasks that support patient care delivery.Performs other duties as assigned.Minimum RequirementsEducation:High School diploma preferred.Skills:Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision in a stressful environment.Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple computer systems.
