Modine is a global company headquartered in Racine, Wisconsin (U.S.), with operations in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.Position Description: Modine's Custom Coil Division uses internally developed field software (CoilCalc) for product design, specification and pricing, an internal Translator-Generator (T/G) product configurator for drawing and plant documentation, and SAP ERP systems for scheduling and material requirements. The Business Systems Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of all legacy systems while coordinating appropriate teams working toward the next generation of a fully integrated, single platform sales system. This position will report to the Director of Sales and will be responsible for future planning and implementation of highly efficient, next generation software and business systems. Platforms will also be tied to future E-Commerce sales systems driving virtual design and ordering capability.Key Responsibilities:Analyze current Translator/Generator (T/G) and CoilCalc system capabilities and design the next generation single platform systemDevelop written system protocols including user instructions and historical tracking of system modificationsInvestigate, analyze and assist in user issue resolutionUnderstand and perform routine maintenance of the existing T/G systemAnalyze drafting needs to assist with enhancing T/G to lessen demand on drafting.
