SCOPE OF POSITION

The Mid-Level Provider, Sales-Focused (MLP-SF), serves as a pivotal member of our cosmetic dermatology practice, combining clinical expertise with a strong focus on driving sales and enhancing the patient experience. Key Sales Responsibilities

  • Patient Acquisition and Retention: Drive patient flow and revenue by attracting new clients and serving our current patient base. Utilize personal and practice resources to expand your already existing client base.
  • Social Media Expertise: Leverage already established strong social media presence to promote services, engage prospective clients, and drive business growth. Active participation in creating and promoting content is essential.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, with consistent performance monitoring and the ability to drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic marketing efforts.
  • Client Relationships: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business through exceptional customer service and personalized attention.


Clinical Responsibilities

  • Procedure Mastery: Perform aesthetic procedures such as injectables and laser treatments with precision and expertise, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Consultation Excellence: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their skincare concerns, goals, and preferences, while effectively highlighting the benefits of recommended treatments.
  • Comprehensive Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed electronic medical records (EMR), charting to medical board standards, documenting treatment plans, procedures performed, and product recommendations for each client.

  • Professional Development: Continuously invest in product knowledge and professional development to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Dr. Jason Emer and the clinic team to ensure a seamless patient experience and clinic efficiency.


Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in administering injectables, performing laser procedures, and delivering aesthetic treatments in a clinical setting, with a strong sales acumen.
  • Client Base: Ability to bring an existing client base to our practice, with a focus on growing your business under our brand.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on driving business growth within a high-performance environment.
  • Social Media Savvy: Strong presence on social media platforms with the ability to leverage these channels for client engagement and business development.



Requirements

  • Certified mid-level provider: (Registered Nurse, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner) with relevant licensure and credentials.
  • Sales-Driven: Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives, with proficiency in using CRM systems and sales performance tracking tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients while effectively conveying the value proposition of recommended treatments and products.
