Key Responsibilities: Craft and deliver comprehensive financial plans tailored to both new and existing clients Provide insightful investment recommendations and collaborate with the investment team for client portfolios Offer ongoing support to existing clients through annual reviews Conduct life insurance and annuity analyses Establish a strategic planning process to assist individuals in reaching their financial goals Engage with businesses, business owners, and individuals to provide tailored financial solutions What You Can Expect from Us: Highly competitive transition income for established advisors Employer-matched 401(k) In-house support staff Comprehensive training and development programs Health Benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability benefits Position Requirements: Bachelor's Degree Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Financial Advisor Series 7 & 66 securities licenses (or 65/63) Life/Health insurance license preferred Superior client relationship management skills Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities Capability to work independently and collaboratively, effectively manage multiple tasks, and demonstrate excellent time-management skills All resumes will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
