We believe in the power of inclusion and belonging.Below is what you can expect to learn from an internship in our Treasury Management-Product department at First Merchants Bank:Participate as a project researcher for the Treasury Management Product team.Gain hands on experience and practical experience within the Treasury Management Product team. This would include Excel, Sequel, Word, PowerPoint and other application/reporting tools.Learn roles and responsibilities within the Treasury Management line of business.Learn the importance of product, reporting and all topics related to Treasury and Merchant line of business.Attend and participate in department and other line of business meetings (Commercial, PWA, Retail, Credit)Collaborate with multiple lines of business to ensure project completion.Work closely with the Senior Product Manager, Product Manager and Senior Business Analyst to complete multiple projects assigned to the team.Successful students will possess: Initiative Enthusiasm Strong Work Ethic Team Mentality Self-Motivation In addition to the learning objectives, all interns will participate as a group in a community service project, will have an opportunity to network with many of our Executive and Senior Leadership during a Meet & Greet event, and will present a summary of your summer during our final presentations.Who is qualified to apply?
