Proven success leading cross-functional teams through late-stage development and global commercialization. Expertise in global congress planning, KOL strategy, and market readiness frameworks. Strong strategic thinking, business case development, and stakeholder influence. Experience in Nephrology, Immunology, or autoimmune therapeutic areas preferred.
