Job Summary

The General Manager reports directly to the Regional Director of Operations and is responsible for day-to-day operations of a company account. This role requires excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, strong team leadership, client relations and superior food quality and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversees P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account.
  • Manages overall day-to-day operations of the account.
  • Conducts HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling and terminations.
  • Oversees scheduling, payroll and team training.
  • Maintains relationships with customers, guests and clients as well as other departments.
  • Works with the Chef and management team to create menus and provide top-quality food.
  • Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Culinary preferred.
  • Five years of foodservice operation experience.
  • High-volume production and catering experience essential.
  • Previous experience managing a budget.
  • Demonstrated desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company.
