Genie Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 13 Week Contract in Oregon, OH

Shift: 3x12s Nights

Hourly Rate: $58

Setting: Long Term Acute Care

Duties:
- Perform physical exams and health histories
- Provide health promotion, counseling, and education
- Administer medications, wound care, and numerous other personalized interventions
- Interpret patient information and make critical decisions about needed actions
- Direct and supervise care delivered by other healthcare personnel like LPNs and nurse aides
- Conduct research in support of improved practice and patient outcomes

Skills:
- Strong anatomy knowledge
- Proficiency in catheterization procedures
- Experience in Pediatrics care
- Ability to perform gastric lavage when necessary
- Skilled in monitoring vital signs accurately
- Knowledge of acute pain management techniques
- Familiarity with ICD-10 coding system
- Proficient in case management for patient care coordination
- Experience in home community care services
- Competence in IV infusion administration
