**Job Title: Full-Time Personal Chef and Nutritionist**

**Location:** Prior Lake

**Schedule:** Monday to Friday

**Job Overview:** 

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time Personal Chef and Nutritionist to join our household. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nutritional sciences and culinary arts, with a passion for creating healthy, balanced meals. This role involves preparing daily meals that meet specific dietary requirements, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for a family. The chef will also be responsible for managing all aspects of meal planning, grocery shopping, and meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are organic and of the highest quality.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and prepare meal plans that meet the nutritional needs of each family member, considering their health goals and dietary restrictions.

- Calculate and provide a nutritional breakdown for all meals, including macronutrients and caloric content.

- Perform grocery shopping to procure organic ingredients and other necessary kitchen supplies.

- Prepare daily meals — breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.

- Collaborate with the family's personal trainers to align meal plans with ongoing fitness and dietary programs.

- Ensure the kitchen and dining areas maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.

- Stay updated with the latest nutritional research and culinary trends to enhance meal quality and variety.

**Requirements:**

- Professional culinary training or a degree in nutrition/dietetics with significant cooking experience.

- Proven track record of creating and executing recipes that are both healthy and delicious.

- Strong understanding of nutritional values and the ability to create meals that complement fitness regimens.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions about menu options and ingredients.

- Experience in sourcing and preparing meals with organic and high-quality ingredients.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with trainers and family members.
