HOW CAN YOU GET INVOLVED?

We are rapidly expanding, and are looking for a multi-faceted Digital Marketing Director to join the team. This position will be focused on driving sales and improving our brand reach through multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Creative Director to develop engaging on-brand campaigns across a variety of outlets.

The projects and needs for this position change quickly, and we need a strong team member who can think quickly on their feet and move seamlessly between projects without missing a beat. If you're up for new challenges with a fun team, we want to meet you


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Research advertising trends

Research competitors’ pricing and products

Decide on the appropriate campaign strategy

Develop projects to create content with our design team

Publish digital marketing content online

Implement email marketing campaigns

Ensure that the brand message is consistent

Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels

Measure ROAS and KPIs

Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports


REQUIREMENTS:

3 or more years of digital marketing experience

Experience executing paid social media campaigns

Bachelor's degree in marketing

Knowledge of SEO, Digital Advertising (Including Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Meta Ads), Shopify, & GA4

Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time

Strong attention to detail

Full understanding of all social media platforms

Problem-solving skills

Knowledge of content management systems

A strong portfolio of work in digital growth and brand-building

Certifications in Google ads, SEO, and similar


TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Expertise in managing social ad spend within Meta, Instagram, TikTok, etc.

Expertise in managing Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Amazon Ads 

Strong data management skills within Excel and other BI tools
