Position: Personal Injury Attorney


Compensation: $125,000 (minimum) to $300,000+ (uncapped compensation model with fee distributions from each case)


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Attorney at Sam Aguiar Injury Lawyers. The Attorney will lead a three-person team and handle a caseload primarily consisting of motor vehicle accident injury cases. The attorney will implement and execute case game plans throughout the entire aspect of the case, beginning from intake through final resolution. The attorney will manage and mentor the other two individuals on his or her team. The Attorney will be expected to obtain excellent client satisfaction and results.

Compensation and Benefits


  • Minimum $125,000 annually with uncapped earnings based upon split of recovered fees from each resolved case.
