CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.We are looking for a senior finance leader with proven success in providing strategic financial leadership to guide Barrow Neurological Foundation's long-term sustainability and growth. Reporting directly to the Foundation President, the Senior Director of Philanthropy Operations and Finance will partner closely with the Board of Trustees, Women's Board, Barrow Neurological Institute leadership and key external constituents to ensure strong financial planning, oversight, and decision-making across all philanthropic activities.The position requires a forward-thinking, analytical, and results-driven leader who can translate complex data into actionable insights, manage risk, optimize resources, and drive performance while supporting operational infrastructure as needed.Key responsibilities include partnering with the President, Board of Trustees, and BNI leadership on strategic financial planning, leading development of annual operating budgets, providing comprehensive oversight and management in the areas of accounting, tax matters, and financial reporting, and ensuring strong financial controls, audit readiness, and compliance across foundations.Minimum education and experience required include a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field, and minimum of seven (7) years of total experience in philanthropy accounting/finance.
