Associate Dean For Community StrategyThe School of Medicine Associate Dean For Community Strategy serves as a strategic advisor to the faculty and Dean of the CU School Of Medicine (SOM). This position is a member of the senior leadership team reporting to the Executive Vice Dean - Clinical. This individual will develop and implement strategies and partner with hospital/affiliate partners to develop, coordinate and expand CU SOM's presence in Metro Denver, Colorado, and beyond. The broad goal of this role is to ensure alignment across key portfolios so as to develop a unified strategic plan that drives volume and market share of priority clinical areas towards our hospital partners and CU Medicine.The School of Medicine Associate Dean For Community Strategy represents the SOM as needed and assumes other responsibilities as requested by the Executive Vice-Dean or the Dean. This position is supported by 20% FTE from the SOM. The School of Medicine Associate Dean For Community Strategy is a senior executive member of the SOM faculty who has a track record of clinical strategy and operations leadership in community settings.
