Our client is a leading national home loan lender and is currently seeking onsite Mortgage Closers in Carrollton TX.Onsite 5 days a weekContract to PermSkills: Mortgage experience is requiredThe Mortgage Closer will be responsible for supporting the Closing function within multiple Channels. As the Mortgage Closer, you will act as a key contributor to ensure timely closing of mortgage loans while ensuring efficient and effective processes are followed while meeting customer service objectives.ResponsibilitiesPrepare Closing Documents, including the balancing of the Initial and Final Closing DisclosureBe detail oriented while delivering exceptional customer serviceActively engage with various parties to the transaction, including both internal and external resourcesHandle routine calls, emails and/or chat responsesExecute daily work queues and elevate as neededPerform other related duties as required and assignedDemonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and valuesQualificationsAssociate's degree or equivalent work experienceClosing experience preferred, Mortgage industry experience requiredUnderstanding of investor requirements and regulatory standardsA passion for helping customers achieve their financial and homeownership goalsAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
