Credit Card SpecialistAs a Credit Card Specialist, you will experience all aspects of German American Bank's culture and values while working with internal and external customers on issues that impact our business. You will assist customers with all aspects involved with their credit card accounts.Your focus will be supporting our internal and external customers in a variety of ways including answering incoming calls to/from all German American locations, verifying account information, placing card orders, working potential fraud cases, adding appropriate codes to accounts for traveling, troubleshooting issues and more.Ability to travel for early career training purposes Ability to: communicate effectively (written and verbally), maintain confidentiality, work with speed and accuracy, grasp technical information quickly, and work independently and as a team member.
