$185k + bonus

Are you a financial strategist with a global mindset?

Our family-owned automotive remarketing business is seeking a dynamic CFO to lead our financial operations across multiple countries. CAS Automotive is committed to helping solve inventory challenges for our buyers and sellers worldwide and we need an entrepreneurial, and process-oriented leader to oversee our finance team, manage global finances, and drive strategic growth.


Professional Experience:

  • Financial Leadership: 10-15 years of proven experience in senior financial management, including experience as a CFO or in a similar leadership role.
  • Entrepreneurial and Strategic Mindset: Experience working in entrepreneurial organization, and have contributed to strategic planning that ensures alignment, growth and innovation.
  • Global Operations: Experience managing financial operations across multiple countries, knowledge of international financial regulations, currency exchange and trade instruments.
  • Compensation management: Experience in designing compensation plans according to score cards, financial and nonfinancial metrics based on the company performance.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, banking, and cash flow management.
  • Lead an efficient accounting and finance team, ensuring internal controls, accurate reporting and full compliance.
  • Manage financial risks, optimize capital structure, and support market expansion.
  • Responsible for the company score card and compensation


Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
  • Automotive experience is a plus.


Educational Background:

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
  • An advanced degree, such as an MBA or master’s in finance, is preferred.
