Retail SupervisorThe Retail Supervisor is responsible for accurately ringing up products in an efficient manner and assists in the supervision of the cashiers. The Supervisor should be comfortable approaching guests to offer services and sell products. In addition, the Supervisor must be willing to help fellow co-workers complete tasks.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Handles credit card transactions using the Point of Sales systemSupervises and gives direction to the retail cashiers and workers.Responsible for opening and closing of store.Responds to guest's needs and requests, effectively using suggestive and upselling techniques, and maintains service areas.Completes steps of service to ensure utmost guest satisfactions.Understands and can describe menu offerings, packaging/presentation and pricing.Responds to guest needs and requests.Assist in creating personalized.Follows cash handling and tip reporting guidelines.Adheres to Levy Company guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbook.Thoroughly completes all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities.Communicates guest issues to management.Follows responsible alcohol service policies.Practices proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential Job DutiesStand for long periods of time and be able to actively engage physically with guests.Must be able to reach with hands and arms for one-third to two-thirds or more of the designated shifts.Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.React with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations.Demonstrate physical stamina and agility required to be mobile for long periods throughout the day.Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds.Move from sitting to standing position easily and quickly.Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
