Job Description;
Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering Computer Science Geography Geographic Information Science or a related field. 3 years of
Transportation/Railroad experience. 3 years of experience with Esri ArcGIS desktop and enterprise products knowledge of GIS data types GPS collection
relational database management systems (RDBMS) spatial analysis and cartography. Ability to collect manage analyze model document and present
geographic or spatial data. Experience with automating GIS processes and applications using Arcade SQL Python etc.
Minimum KSAs Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to respond
positively to changing priorities. Ability to work productively in a team environment. Ability to build relationships with all levels of the organization and
communicate complex information effectively. Superior analytical critical thinking and decisionmaking skills. Knowledgeable about project management
principles and practices.
Masters Degree in Civil Engineering Geography Computer Science Geographic Information Science or a related field. 4 years of experience with Esri
applications including ArcGIS Enterprise ArcGIS Online ArcPro Survey123 etc. Experience with programming languages (SQL R Python) front end design
languages (HTML CSS JavaScript) developer packages such as Jupyter Notebooks. Asset management experience or IAM training.
