Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Assembly Team Member and play a pivotal role in crafting the backbone of security for industry and government. Who We're Looking For:

- Prior assembly experience is a bonus, but not a requirement. We believe in the potential of our team members and offer comprehensive training.

- Team players who thrive in a collaborative environment, with excellent mobility for moving across workstations and handling tasks that require lifting up to 40 pounds (occasionally).

Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Interpreting work orders to meticulously assemble and pack security products, adhering to precise specifications.
- Operating a variety of machinery and tools to craft products that meet our quality benchmarks.
- Collaborating closely with team leaders to align production efforts with schedules, ensuring timely and efficient output.
- Proactively managing materials and equipment, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring the smooth operation of your production cell.
- Upholding our commitment to excellence by conducting thorough quality checks, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Being an integral part of our team, participating in meetings to enhance safety, efficiency, and overall team performance.
