Salesforce Developer - W2 Only - Direct Hire / Permanent Position

  • 5+ years of development experience, 3 years in Salesforce
  • Experience with full product development from scratch is ideal
  • Recent Salesforce is required, .Net or Java background
  • Must have strong AURA and LWC Component experience


Responsibilities:

  • Work with business team members to understand requirements, analyze, design, and develop quality technical solutions that can be developed on the SaaS platform
  • Review requests for all work efforts and provide estimates and schedules when applicable
  • Configure and administer business applications for SaaS-based solutions
  • Design, implement, and test solutions using the most appropriate tool based on the design as determined through collaboration with Enterprise Architect and Development Manager
  • Develop and support integration with other systems/applications/databases
  • Adhere to corporate system development life cycle, corporate style standards, governance, and other related policies
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, validation rules, and custom workflow
  • Design and configure application security
  • Recommend APIs to use based on data characteristics and application structure
  • Perform test-based development within the project tools
  • Support production applications by responding to service desk assignments, tracking problems/issues, and following up with customers
  • Upgrade packaged and internally developed business systems
  • Support internally developed SQL, Access, and ASP.NET applications by addressing defects and coding and testing enhancements
  • Work with business, IT Business Partner, and Business Analyst to understand issues with software and develop solutions to resolve them


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3 years+ experience in Salesforce CRM application development with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Force.com at an enterprise level of complexity.
  • Advanced knowledge of Object-Oriented programming.
  • Certified Platform Developer I certification strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment.
  • Advanced level knowledge and hands on experience with APEX, SOQL, SOSL
  • Knowledge of data design, architecture, relational databases, and data modeling.
  • Well experienced in Lightning Aura Components, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Test Classes
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Security Model
  • Experience with a variety of development tooling, including Force.com IDE, VS Code and others.
  • Experience working in modern cloud ecosystems, such as Azure or AWS.
  • Experience in practicing agile methodologies, including scrum and continuous integration environments.
  • Experience with CI/CD preferred
  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and JavaScript Developer 1 certifications
  • Experience in healthcare preferred
