Export Compliance Senior Staff AnalystThe Export Compliance Senior Staff Analyst will oversee daily operations related to export compliance for finished goods, components and RMA/RTV components. This role manages EOR (Exporter of Record) documentation and records retention. Acting as the central compliance contact, this role collaborates with Logistics, Legal, Finance, Sales, Engineering, and Operations to ensure regulatory adherence.What You Will DoServe as the central administrator for export compliance screening processes in accordance with BIS, OFAC, and ITAR regulations.Develop and manage IOR/EOR documentation and approvals for global shipments.Monitor changes in export laws and regulations; assess impact and update processes accordingly.Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Operations on escalated compliance issues.Collaborate with product teams to align compliance processes with evolving product lines and business models.Manage product classification and ECCN assignment.Oversee export license applications and maintain records of existing licenses.What You BringMinimum of 5 years in Export Trade Compliance, preferably within the tech industry.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesHighly organized, analytical, and methodical with deep compliance knowledge.Demonstrates operational excellence, quality, and discipline.Self-motivated with strong influence across organizational levels.Advanced analytical and data manipulation skills.CompetenciesIn-depth knowledge of international and domestic trade regulations, including those from the U.S. Departments of Commerce, Treasury, and State.Familiarity with compliance screening procedures.Proficiency in standard computing tools; strong Excel/data analysis skills preferred.Ability to clearly articulate findings and summarize recommendations.EducationBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related fieldor equivalent relevant experience.ZT Systems assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package is created for all our employees. The typical base salary for this position is expected to be between $108,750 and $159,500 annually. If hired, the final base salary will be determined on an individual basis taking into consideration experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.Base salary is just one component of ZT Systems total rewards philosophy.
