Position SummaryHourly pay $17.00. This is a temporary or an on-call position. Provides professional support. Responsibilities may include general business, science, medical, agricultural or other professional support functions. Term: Temps can work two (2) nine (9) month terms with a week break in service in between and at the end of the second term terminate for three (3) months or switch to an on-call. On-Call allowed to work 1039 hours in any twelve (12) month period.Unit Position SummaryPerforms a wide range of customer service and clerical support to the Power & Water Department. Provides top-notch customer service to visitors, guests, and callers. Ensures all visitors are checked in and checked out using visitor information system, scans and enters daily logs, prepares routine reports, processes departmental accounts payable invoices and requisitions, compiles and prepares materials, sorts and distributes campus and US mail and coordinates deliveries, data entry, records management, maintains confidential information, runs errands, completes project assignments, assists with scheduled events, and performs other duties as assigned. This position will engage in high performing, leading edge practices, valuing people, partners and stewardship.
