Student Advocate Counselor

Description$25.00/hour Position Summary: A student advocate counselor plays a vital role in fostering personal growth, confidence, and social-emotional development in young learners. This position involves designing and implementing structured, age-appropriate activities that encourage exploration, teamwork, and problem-solving. Responsibilities include creating a supportive and engaging environment where students can build positive relationships, discover new interests, and develop essential skills for their academic and personal success. Essential Duties: Understand and promote the organization's Mission, Vision, and Core Values to ensure alignment with organizational policies and procedures. Creates lesson plans aligned with the theme of the month. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or its equivalents. Key Competencies: Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to offer, receive, and respond professionally to feedback on drafts of written documents and other products. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good problem-solving abilities. Efficient Team management skills.
