The primary purpose of this position is to greet visitors and answer telephone inquiries, providing essential clerical support in the Reception/Administrative area. Please note that this role has no clinical involvement.Essential Duties:Provide general administrative and clerical support.Greet and welcome patients, clients, and other visitors with a positive demeanor.Answer telephone calls, take messages, or forward calls as necessary.Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations.Inform employees of visitors' arrivals and cancellations.Maintain a visitor sign-in log.Handle incoming and outgoing mail.Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings.Keep the reception area tidy and organized.Perform other assigned duties.Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information in accordance with regulations.Qualifications:Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.Experience: Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred.
