What you’ll be doing:
Answering phones
Checking in visitors within Workplace Management on-line platform
Working in MS Outlook with calendar management
Able to clock hours through the online ADP system
Print visitor badges
Send out mailings
Greet outside service vendors and direct them to the correct areas/departments
Who we’re looking for:
Administrative experience
Basic computer skills/ knowledge
Professional appearance
Friendly demeanor
Effective communication skills
Able to sit for extended periods of time
Timely and sense of urgency
