They achieve this by collaborating closely with various teams like Application Delivery, Business Operations, and Product Management. The DQ&E teams utilize Subject Matter Expertise and technical engineers to enhance the testing lifecycle and require strong management skills for coordinating global programs. Technical leadership, combined with skilled teams, drives innovation and facilitates the adoption of disruptive technologies such as Micro-Services and Cloud Native solutions.As a GenAI Quality Engineering & Assurance Manager, you will be leading GenAI enabled quality engineering efforts across key programs globally. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced GenAI QA Specialist to join our Global Quality Engineering & Assurance (QE&A) organization. This pivotal role combines deep domain expertise in Quality Assurance, cutting-edge automation practices, and Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities to lead large-scale QA programs and drive continuous quality improvements across portfolios. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, proven leadership in managing global QA teams, and hands-on experience integrating AI into testing and quality engineering workflows. This role also requires domain expertise in Property & Casualty insurance along with a deep understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), Leadership acumen and technical proficiency to ensure delivery excellence, compliance, and continuous quality improvements across a geographically distributed team.The base salary range for this position in Jersey City, NJ, is $126,000 - $171,000. In addition, the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
